I prefer devIOCstats over devStats, since it really applies to EPICS 
IOCs, not other 'devices'.  And devIOCstats seems more neutral than 
devCPUstats since it would apply better to FPGAs, iPhones (yes!), not 
just traditional 'CPUs' as such (SBCs).
