True - we want to send:
- alarms -DONE
- puLog - TBD
- sysLog - TBD
to a JMS server.

The path is: IOC -> string based message -> interConnectionServer ->JMS 
message -> JMS server -> ... many clients

The whole path is working for alarms.
On the IOC we need to write two adapter to send the same kind of message 
- filled from different sources (puLog and sysLog)
The rest of the infrastructure is already running.
We hope to finish the adapter  until the end of this year. During this 
time period we will also refactor the existing interConnectionServer.
Once the whole package is tested we'll post it to tech-talk.
