The latest release of the Win32 extensions package that we made back in 2007
contains EPICS R3.14.9 and is available as an MS Installer package from
http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/distributions/win32/index.php
or
http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/download/distributions/index.php
