Hi Carl,The "import exchange file" menu item is another example of a less than useful option. Initially, the edm file format was a primitive collection of ordered lines of text without the current tag-value semantics. At that time, I was converting our existing control system from VSystem to EPICS and had written a script to convert 95% of the proprietary VDraw file contents to an exchange format to which this option refers. In that the existing edl format is now superior to the exchange format, I need to remove the option. But, darn it, there's sentimental value to all this buzzard puss like when Vista Control Systems threatened to take legal action because they were convinced I had stolen VDraw and reincarnated it as edm (I sent them the source and they apologized, etc.).
I'll eradicate this menu item in a future version. John Carl Schumann wrote:
