Mid range ADC recommendations

Hi all,

We are looking for a mid-range ADC that will capture 4 channels of 10MHz data simultaneously with a resolution of 16-bit and can be hardware triggered. We're not worried about latency, but the device would have to be able to stream data off while capturing, so we are thinking Ethernet probably makes the most sense. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I was thinking something like this, has anyone used it / written an EPICS driver for it?
