Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
Andrew,
I first noticed the issue on 23rd Feb at Diamond. The APS site was accessible from home but still inaccessible on the 24th so I put in an IT request with Diamond IT to investigate. They moved this to the STFC networking people who say they contacted the webmaster at APS on the 28th.

Our IT networking guys are looking into the issue, but they do say that we haven't made any changes to the firewall or website configuration since Christmas or early January, so any behaviour change that's occurred since then has to be a Diamond/STFC issue. Can someone confirm that this just started within the last day or two, or could it be another MS leap-year problem?
