Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
Hi,
My lab is currently estimating the possibility of using VME machine in
PKU-SETF as magnet power supply control. However, the hardware
provider told us that VxWork may not be a cost-effected solution for
labs of our scale. And as far as they know, running EPICS on free
RTOS such like RTEMS is not well proved. Seems I'm not familiar with
the field, I would like to post the questions here:
1, What's the status of EPICS on RTEMS, is it still under development
or already ready-for-use?
2, Is there any operating EPICS running on RTEMS on VME machine?
