Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
Hi David,
I have StreamDevice support for the MKS 937A and MKS 937B controllers. I only did a bit of testing with the 937B in Emulation mode and I remember that our 937A support worked fine with it. There is a protocols bug in early versions of the 937B in 937B mode protocols where the response doesn't include "@" as documented in the manual. I just deploy some newly received models where this has been fixed.
Your welcome to our StreamDevice support.
Hope that helps,
Matt

Does anyone out there have any experience with MKS937B vacuum gauge controllers? We have a couple that we have put into Emulation mode, and are communicating with using the MKS937A device support. We are seeing the driver sending out a series of Write commands, with no response, and getting a flood of responses from the controller, and the device support is unable to handle that.
Thanks...
