Building caQtDM on Ubuntu Linux 12.04

Hello,

I'm unable to build caQtDM for Ubuntu using the 2.8.0 sources.

The following output is generated by running the caQtDM_Build script:

Cannot find file: all.pro.
make: *** No rule to make target `distclean'.  Stop.
============ make all =================
Cannot find file: all.pro.
./caQtDM_Build: line 28: dye: command not found
=========== build plugins =============
./caQtDM_Build: line 32: linuxbuild: command not found
=========== do not forget to copy plugins /Qt-4.8.2/plugins/designer/

Is the file "all.pro" missing from the 2.8.0 sources?

Where does the "dye" command come from?
