Hi, Ned.
I rebooted the IOC, so it's not exhibiting the problem right now. I am
syncing the IOC's clock via an APS NTP server. Right now, the time on
the IOC is within a second of the time on the NFS server. When the
problem happens again, I'll try doing a 'date' on both as you suggest.
