I'm running Wireshark 1.6.7 on my capture machine, so the older plugin could be problematic.

I may try your Lua script.  Does it care which version of Lua it runs on?

I'm
 working on some tools for analyzing CA virtual circuits in Python using
 dpkt, but the Wireshark plugin could be good enough for a lot of 
things.
