Hi AndreasWe've used Renishaw RESOLUTE absolute encoders for systems done for customers. We've used the BiSS interface with both Delta Tau products (TurboPMAC based) and Galil (40x0). In both cases we had no problems at all, you have to order the controllers with factory support for BiSS though.
