Hi John:
Will remove those warnings next time I merge with trunk.
The original idea was that if you didn't want those services, you wouldn't put the plugins in your product. So the warning was intended for someone who made the conscious decision of adding the functionality.

Subject: Warning messages in CSS
Hello CSS Gurus,
In recent versions of CSS (3.2.15 & 3.2.16 of the Basic Epics Package from SNS) we are seeing the following messages:
2014-04-18 15:13:20.506 WARNING [Thread 1] org.epics.pvmanager.jdbc.JDBCXMLServiceFactory (createServices) - Directory C:\Users\hammonds\Desktop\CSS_EPICS_3.2.16\configuration\services\jdbc
does not exist
2014-04-18 15:13:20.507 WARNING [Thread 1] org.epics.pvmanager.pva.rpcservice.PVARPCXMLServiceFactory
(createServices) - Directory
C:\Users\hammonds\Desktop\CSS_EPICS_3.2.16\configuration\services\pvarpc
does not exist
These appear to be related to PV Manager and jdbc and rpcservices that we are not using here. I am seeing nothing in the preferences that would allow me to switch these messages off to avoid confusing users.
Is there a way to disable these services?
Sincerley,
John Hammonds
