Yeah, but what it does is it copies the tarball to INSTALL_LOCATION and starts build from there (which I don't need).

What I meant if it is possible to build from current directory, so that after the build you can manually (or using a script, make install, etc) put everything to INSTALL_LOCATION, and all the libraries and IOCs linked to them will not be broken.

Hi Pavel,

Try setting INSTALL_LOCATION.

NB: Obviously the Application Developer's Guide has a full chapter about the build system, explaining all available options in detail.
