Vasu, do you have an answer to that?
How should a user to handle those statement?
Should we use EPICS license instead of the University one?

Subject: License or copyright for the naming module in DISCS
Dear all,
Our site currently installed the naming module of DISCS, and is ready
to open the initial naming convention to the site-wide usage. And the
original code v2.4 was developed from FRIB a year ago, so I see the
following sentence
"Copyright © Facility for Rare Isotope Beam (FRIB), Michigan State
University, 640 S. Shaw Lane, East Lansing, Michigan 48824-1321."
in the tail of the naming module web interface.
So my question is
Is it allowed to modify or remove these sentence?
I think, this stupid question may be from my pool knowledge for
license and copyright. If any suggestions or comments are, it always
will be welcomed.
Thanks,
Han
