Hi, Phil!

Assuming your mobile devices use IMAP to access your mailbox, it should
be perfectly portable (at least for Android and iOS).  However, if
you're thinking of doing the folder filing in your desktop email client,
then that won't work so well unless you plan to leave your desktop
email client running 24/7 and periodically checking for new mail and
filing it.  The best way is to do your filing to folders at the delivery
level before emails get to your email client.  How to do this obviously
depends on your email system.
