I don't know of any direct epics support for NI-DAQmx, but there is lvDCOM. http://epics.isis.stfc.ac.uk/wiki/Main_Page

It allows epics to communicate with VIs running on Windows. It works with the LabVIEW runtime environment, so LabVIEW itself isn't required on the machine using lvDCOM.  I've used this on a couple of projects and it works well for me.
