CA Gateway 2.1.0 released

All,

Release 2.1.0 of the CA Gateway is available on its new GitHub release page [1].

It features:

• Full support for the DBE_PROPERTY event flag
• A framework for tests that can be run as part of the build
  
• Tests for the event flag support, including DBE_PROPERTY
• Fixes for many small bugs and compiler warnings.

This release is approved for all ages. (3.14 ... 3.16)
It is especially interesting for installations that use the DBE_PROPERTY event flag feature (i.e. subscriptions to changes in IOC record metadata like alarm limits, enum strings etc.)

Bug reports and pull requests welcome!
We definitely need more tests in the new test application.
