Hi Gennaro,
There is a way to do this, although I can imagine it might be a bit tricky to make it do exactly what you want.
If you attach a python script to an action button, you can add the following:
from org.csstudio.opibuilder.scriptUtil import ScriptUtil
ScriptUtil.executeEclipseCommand("org.eclipse.ui.perspectives.showPerspective",
["org.eclipse.ui.perspectives.showPerspective.perspectiveId", "org.csstudio.trends.databrowser.Perspective"])
I tried this, and of course it then changes to the data browser perspective, hiding the OPI screen from which you pressed the button.
Cheers,
Will

Subject: CSS perspective from OPI
Hi,
I'm looking for a way to open a CSS perspective (e.g. Data Browser)
from an OPI;
I already know how to open "Data Browser" from a running OPI
(CS-Studio -> Trends -> Data Browser) but I would like to
open Data Browser from an user control button...
Thanks in advance,
Gennaro
