Subject: Action Button in Display Builder

Hi:

When i open ".bob" file in new workbench window through click Action Button ,there will be five placehoder. How can i remove placehoder when new workbench window opened. Another question is a same ".bob" file can be opened in many new workbench window through click one Action Button ,but i want that it only can be in one new workbench window.
