Subject: June EPICS Meeting at Argonne: Call for presentations
From: Andrew Johnson <[email protected]>
To: EPICS tech-talk <[email protected]>
Date: Fri, 27 Apr 2018 12:30:35 -0500
The call for presentations at the June EPICS meeting is now open, please
send your talk titles by email to <[email protected]>. A short
abstract explaining the subject of the talk may be included but is only
required if your title doesn't make the subject obvious. We will have
sessions for lightning talks (5 minutes with no questions) as well as
regular talks (15 minutes + 5 for questions) — please be sure to
indicate if this is a lightning talk, we'll assume it's a regular talk
unless you tell us otherwise.

We are also looking for projects that have something to demonstrate
during the exhibition on Thursday. Anything from EPICS-controlled
hardware to GUI client program demonstrations; please contact me with
information about your demo. I should have a few large monitors
available, and depending on demand I may have to schedule specific times
on them. The Exhibition web-page has more details here:

Another reminder: The registration website is now open too, please
register at the website http://www.cvent.com/d/ltq4gc (also used for
sponsors and exhibitors). Registration may close in about a month's
time, around June 1st.
