Release 4.13.2 of the PCAS module (C++ CA Server library, unbundled for EPICS 7) is available on its release page at
    https://github.com/epics-modules/pcas/releases

It fixes bug #1743321 using a patch that has already been committed to the 3.14 and 3.15 branches of EPICS Base.

There are no changes in the ABI. (This is a drop-in replacement.)

This is a suggested update for productional systems, with low urgency. (Update when convenient.)

Thanks to Shuei YAMADA for the original bug report and fix.
