EPICS October 2019 collaboration meeting - addendum: To register JUST for EPICS

As I mentioned earlier, we are taking abstracts and registration  via the ICALEPCS site.  I’ve also included how to register if you are NOT able to attend ICALEPCS.

The EPICS October 2019 collaboration meeting website is online now and is open to abstracts. As usual, every two years, it is a satellite meeting to the ICALEPCS conference. As is also usual when run with ICALEPCS, It is a somewhat condensed meeting and is for Saturday the 5th of October only. The only way to register is via ICALEPCS.

To register JUST for EPICS (or any workshop)

Go into the ICALEPCS registration page

https://www.bnl.gov/icalepcs19/reg/step1.php

Choose the registration attendee type as  "Sponsorship" Enter this Access code  Ical$0511@77 and then prove you are not a robot.

It will have a zero registration fee, then say no to meet and greet, banquet, tour etc.
Fill in your name and details. Say yes to the workshops and you can put the  details in for just the workshop fee.
