Lua device- and record-support

Hello all,

I've been developing device- and record-support for Lua, and finally 
have a working version:
https://github.com/gabadinho/luaiocsup

Documentation is (of course...) not plentiful.
Anyway the goal is the ability to write device-support (for the 
supported records, of course) and record-support (luasub, similar to 
asub, is included) code in Lua instead of C. This allows for example 
code updates without restarting the IOC.
And from what I've seen from the ITER Collaboration Meeting 
presentations I wasn't the only one working on this!

Questions/suggestions/etc. are appreciated.
