Hi,
My areaDetector compilation failed when it was compiling the ffmpegServer submodule with the following: I wonder what did I forget to do... It's looking for a a 'yasm' directory under 'vendor', but that doesn't exist.
make[2]: Entering directory '/opt/epics/support/areaDetector/ffmpegServer/vendor'
make -C O.linux-x86_64 -f ../Makefile TOP=../.. \
T_A=linux-x86_64 install
make[3]: Entering directory '/opt/epics/support/areaDetector/ffmpegServer/vendor/O.linux-x86_64'
mkdir -p ../../vendor/yasm-linux-x86_64
cd ../../vendor/yasm-linux-x86_64 && sh ../yasm/configure && make
sh: 0: Can't open ../yasm/configure
make[3]: *** [../Makefile:46: ../../vendor/yasm-linux-x86_64/yasm] Error 127
make[3]: Leaving directory '/opt/epics/support/areaDetector/ffmpegServer/vendor/O.linux-x86_64'
make[2]: *** [/opt/epics/base/configure/RULES_ARCHS:58: install.linux-x86_64] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory '/opt/epics/support/areaDetector/ffmpegServer/vendor'
make[1]: *** [/opt/epics/base/configure/RULES_DIRS:84: vendor.install] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory '/opt/epics/support/areaDetector/ffmpegServer'
make: *** [/opt/epics/base/configure/RULES_DIRS:84: /opt/epics/support/areaDetector/ffmpegServer.install] Error 2
Thanks for any insights....
