Hi Mark, That one is going back a very long time when we were evaluating vacuum kit for potential use at Diamond. We never used the Varian controllers and I don’t have the application any more. The EPICS hardware support list says that Pete Owens has StreamDevice support for the Varian dual ion pump controllers. I don’t see it on Github dls-controls, but perhaps I missed it. Could someone please put it on Github if possible? Thanks, Mark |
