To control the severity of the undefined (UDF) state, please use the field UDFS that was introduced in release 3.15.1 (back in 2012).
PINI-processing a record while its inputs are still down is not really making it well-defined.

Old habits... I know.
But really, in most cases, UDFS=NO_ALARM will achieve what you want (remove the pink INVALID signs) - without hiding the information that an input was never read.
