Hi Jong Woo, Ø
ADVImba:processFrame: Unsupported pixel format = 0x1100005 That probably means that you have selected PixelFormat=Mono12Packed and have not selected ConvertPixelFormat=Mono16. areaDetector cannot process Mono12Packed data, it needs to be converted to Mono16. On Behalf Of Jong Woo Kim via Tech-talk Hi, I am using two different Mako cameras with ADVimba. One is working, but the other is not. According to the following error messages, it seems that ArrayData cannot be read for some reasons. Any ideas?
