Would someone with access to a client and IOC running Base 3.13.x be
willing to create some packet captures?
If so, please contact me. This will probably be no more than running
some caget/put/monitor while wireshark (or similar) is capturing.
Background...
There is an ongoing discussion about Channel Access protocol version
history involving two people who have no experience of that history.
Which leads to a certain amount of uncertainty.

I think it would be a good idea to warehouse some examples of older
CA protocol versions for which we claim support (currently we think
>=3.13.0).
My archive of CA/PVA captures so far. Currently all Base >=3.14.12.
I'd like to add some older samples.
