Dear all,
Release 2.1.3 of the CA Gateway is available on its GitHub release page [1]
From the release notes:
- Small fixes in caPutLog support
- Fix a bug (#33) where array values were lost (except the first element) on subscriptions after a read request for a container type
- Fix update of enum labels on active subscriptions using a container type
- A bug that interprets doubles (written as strings) as hex numbers (#37) is fixed when the Gateway is linked against PCAS >= 4.13.3 or Base 3.15 >= 3.15.10
This update is recommended for productional Gateways.
Please make sure to use PCAS >= 4.13.3 with Base 7.0 (recommended) or Base 3.15 >= 3.15.10 (not released yet) to have #37 fixed.
Bug reports and Pull Requests are always welcome.
The tests are in a weird state: Continuous integration on GitHub Actions shows segfaults in the test code, while locally the tests pass. This seems to be related to the test code more than to the Gateway code.
Thanks to the contributors, especially Sebastian Marsching,
~Ralph
