There are no example IOCs for the ESP302 in motorNewport. 

Here is an iocBoot directory for an ESP300, which uses serial, not Ethernet. You should be able to replace drvAsynSerialPortConfigure with drvAsynIPPortConfigure. You need to use port 5001.

I think the commands for the ESP302 should be the same as the ESP300.
