The parameters can change with the release of phoebus.  The params you cite are valid in the older version I'm using  tag parent-4.6.6,  but in the latest/current release I believe those are not valid.  Now,  Kibani is used so the parms differ.  The README for your particular version should have the correct parameter options.

The elastic-search connection parameters in the documentation are not correct.  The code uses the following:

org.phoebus.applications.alarm.logging.ui/es_host=example.com
org.phoebus.applications.alarm.logging.ui/es_port=9201

and then Phoebus successfully connects to elastic search
