Are you following this guide: https://docs.epics-controls.org/en/latest/getting-started/creating-ioc.html ?

As far as I can see, that looks like it might have been caused by you not having built the asyn and StreamDevice modules. Have you built them by running `make` after creating the `configure/RELEASE.local` file to point to your epics-base directory (and to the asyn directory, in the case of StreamDevice)?
