Hi I am working on a project that requires building EPICS databases (both .db and template/substitutions files) outside the standard EPICS
IOC app. What are the basic minimum files required from EPICS base to be included in my Makefile? I want to be able to do something similar to iocApp/Db/Makefile: include configure/CONFIG DB +=
