Could you try modifying medmCA.c and changing the length of the char variable “string” in the pvInfoWriteInfo function from 1024 to 2048. My first guess is that this could be related to a buffer overrun.

On Behalf Of Siddons, David via Tech-talk I have built medm on my Ubuntu 23.04 system, and it runs well. However, when I ask it for pv info, it only gives me details about the widget, but not the PV name or properties. Is there a config option which controls
that? Or what am I missing?
