Dear Tech-talkers,
The
2024 Spring EPICS Collaboration Meeting will be held from April 15th to 18th.
This event is an in-person event, so there are no separate plans for remote or hybrid participation.
Although the abstract submission has closed on the website, we are still accepting submissions.
Participants should send their presentation title, presenter's name, and abstract content by email, and it will be reflected in the timetable.
The training session schedule has been slightly changed from before and can be checked on the
website .
The necessary materials for the training session include a laptop with sufficient performance to run a virtual machine(Oracle VM VirtualBox OVA file).
Once the VM image is complete, it will be added to the training session section.
Good power outlets and Wi-Fi will be provided!
