A quick look at the website shows that the power supply supports SCPI, which can be controlled using stream device. I attached a protocol file containing basic commands from their SCPI page as well as a basic database to control the power supply. Add them to your IOC and you can easily build upon it. This should work whether you have RS232, Ethernet or GPIB interfaces.
