Subject: | Alarm Server Periodically Disconnects from IOCS |

Hi everyone, I’ve implemented an alarm server across a network but am experiencing a periodic issue. On occasion, the alarm server marks all records from an IOC as disconnected before returning to an OK state shortly afterwards.
For details on the setup, I have kafka and zookeeper setup along with the alarm server. I’ve edited server.properties to point to the correct IP address and setup settings.ini in Phoebus to point to the alarm server. Additionally, I have
added org.phoebus.pv.ca/addr_list to the ini settings and set auto addr_list to false.
Does anyone happen to have experience with this issue? In case it helps, I’ve seen it happen mostly with IOCs that interface with hardware. Sincerely, Dhruv Srinivas Sincerely, Dhruv Srinivas |
