Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
I think Timo probably meant to include the group in this email;
September 3-5 it is.
Sorry for any confusion due to my message.
Would all physical attendees please respond (either to the list or to
Timo and me) so we know who's going to be there.

We have booked the rooms for September (3.-5.) and are ready from our
side to host the meeting.
The rooms are internal so if the meeting is moved there is no problem,
we just cancel the bookings.
There are of course a few other things to do but at the moment travel
arrangements for you guys is the more critical thing.

My personal preference would be the week of September
3. (I’m planning vacation in early October). If so, it would need to
be set soon to allow time for travel approvals. (September 3 is,
however, a US holiday which may be an issue for some.)

Hi all,
Tomorrow's Hangout will be for just the Web Developers as originally
planned.

September 1st is a Saturday, we usually try to avoid working over the
weekends (although some of us would be travelling then anyway) and I
thought we were aiming for September 3-5 or 4-6. IIRC you were trying to
connect this meeting up with Osprey visiting ESS the week before, but
given the confusion over dates I think it may be getting a bit late and
complicated now to schedule it for September.
Could we pick the meeting dates to be October 3-5? That's Wednesday to
Friday (ending the formal meeting at lunchtime), so attendees from the
US can travel overnight on Monday/Tuesday and return on Saturday and
only lose one weekend day. Having it on October 2-4 would also work and
not need Ralph & Heinz to lose their weekends travelling.
Kunal, would this change mess up the CSS group's schedule?
Thanks,
- Andrew
