Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System
Dear Tech-Talk
I need to find a high current (15 mA at +5V) binary output device
to drive a relay. Typical TTL output devices, like the XYCOM XVME-240, do
not provide enough current at 5V.
If anybody knows of such a device, and if there is existing EPICS
support for it, that would be excellent.
I know of one suitable device, the Matrix DO-64 (see a description
at http://www.matrix.com/DO64.html) but I don't know if any support for it
exists in EPICS.
thanks,
Steve Pate
