We are in the following config: - vxWorks 6.5 - MPC 7457 processor - MVME5500 -0161 - BSP version 2.0/4

I didn't modified the source code of the R3.14.9,
I still have to check it has not been modified by someone else,
I keep you informed about this point.
The vxWorks-mvme5500 target architecture is not one that ships with EPICS Base. Can you try building and using the vxWorks-ppc604_long architecture instead (which is the official target for that processor) and see if the problem still occurs? If not, you'll have to post the configuration files you're using for that target (base/configure/os/*vxWorks-mvme5500*) for me to help any further.
