Read local CSS BOY PV form Java

Good Morning

I am developing a simulation system with CSS boy. I want to read/write data values from loc PVs by using an external application. 


I have a CSS boy simulation application running in a local computer. This application has an element with PV name: loc://testElement1.  I have another application (written in Java with JCA-CAJ) and I want to read the PV values from this application.

Is it possible?

I think this is not possible, (I can do it using a pre-defined PV element in EPICS) but I am not sure if I can read/write values from loc PV from a program out of the .opi class.
