Hi:

Where are your IOCs running? Are they all on the same Windows computer?

Your archive engine is configured to _only_ look at localhost:

Add a line like this to the engine's config:

org.csstudio.platform.libs.epics/addr_list=127.0.0.1 some_other_ip some_network_broadcast_ip

See "Hierarchical Preferences" in http://cs-studio.sourceforge.net/docbook/pt01.html about the "-pluginCustomization" option to provide such settings.
