RE: NDTransform Plugin does not work

Hi Yihui,

                I could not open your first attachment “screenshot_NDTransform.png”.  The second one looks slight different from mine, which has an ‘Array callback enable/disable’ button.  I have to assume yours has been ‘enabled’. 

My guess would be that you need to set the plugin port for the Image1 and FileTIFF1 to read from this TRANS1 port to see the image transformed in the ImageJ display and/or saved Tiff file, respectively.  Those can be set through: Main panelàAll button in the Plugins subpanel, assuming you are using a generic main adl panel for your detector.

Dear all

I have tried to use the NDTransform Plugin to rotate my images, however, no matter use the old version or the new version by Christian Roehrig, neither my saved Tiff-file nor imagej ADlive viewer show any change.

Attached please find my settings for both the NDtranform plugins.
