Hi Geyang, By meaning ArchiverEngine, I guess you are referring to Archiver Appliance? If yes, you can simply download the pre-built binary from https://github.com/slacmshankar/epicsarchiverap/releases/ There is a Quick Start how to run it on RHEL/CentOS for your testing purpose. https://slacmshankar.github.io/epicsarchiver_docs/quickstart.html Once you get your data archived, you can easily configure CS-S, and browse your history data. You do not have to compile it yourself. The answer might be different if you want to use RDB based archiver. Thanks, Guobao From: <[email protected]> on behalf of Silver <[email protected]> hi, I downloaded a pre-compiled version of CSS from https://ics-web.sns.ornl.gov/css/. But
I can't find where is ArchiveEngine executable file. Need I download the source code from github and compile it to get ArchiveEngine file? My system is CENTOS7. Thanks a lot for your help. Best wishes Geyang 2018-09-11 |
