My problem was that I was connecting to MSYS using ssh, and MSYS's
/etc/ssh/sshd_config is missing:
`AcceptEnv MSYSTEM`
localy in ~/.ssh/config I had to add
`SetEnv MSYSTEM=MINGW64`
in my target's Host configuration
