Hello, How do i use the python virtual environment for building, and executing the pyDevSup and pyDevice. While making for pyDevSup, I activated the virtual environment, accordingly I could see the site-packages from the virtual environment path were linked/included. The pyDevice building did not indicate linking/include the virtual environment site-packages. for pyDevSup, any suggestions as to how I can automate switching to the virtual environment before invoking the IOC?? (source ~/myvirtEnv/bin/activate??? at the start of st.cmd file??)
All the 'activate' script does these days is modify $PATH so yoy can instead directly reference 'bin/python` in a virtualenv.
/path/to/env/bin/python myscript.py
or
#!/path/to/env/bin/python ...
