All,
I have a new problem with my EIGER 4M using ADEiger. This was working in the past.
ADK version 1.6.6
Driver version 3.4.0
ADCore version 3.12.1
EPICS Base 7.0.3
When I take an image the IOC claims the master file was not found. I am using File Writer.
epics> RestApi::doRequest: timed out
RestApi::put: [param=trigger] request failed
RestApi::getBlob: [sys=7 file=blank15_6_master.h5] file not found
2022/11/01 11:19:37.632 eigerDetector::downloadTask: underlying getFile(blank15_6_master.h5) failed
However, looking in the data folder on the DCU it is there, same or earlier time stampe a s the data file.
e.g.
blank15_6_data_000001.h5 2022-Nov-01 11:19:38 17.1M application/octet-stream
blank15_6_master.h5 2022-Nov-01 11:19:38 73.8M application/octet-stream The IOC successfully retrieves the data file.
Any ideas?
