Hi,
We have encountered recurring issues with the Retrieval service on one of our Archive Appliance deployment servers. Below is a detailed analysis for your review:
Environment: Two-node deployment (Server A and Server B)
Symptom: The Retrieval service intermittently stops on Server A, while Server B operates normally. Or Server B is stopped. The other three services(ETL, Engine,...) are normal.
