Subject: Compiling caQtDM fortypes.h etc not found

Hi all, I seem to be missing the following files required to build caQtDM. I get "No such file or directory" when compiling caQtDM_Lib2.

Can someone please advise what package /library they are part of, I have not been able to find them.

#include <fortypes.h>
#include <userstruct.h>
#include <host2vax.h>
#include <piosubs.h>
#include <coredb.h>

#include <utils/mystring.h>
#include <utils/gendefs.h>
#include <utils/myftime.h>

I am building on Linux, Ubuntu 11.10 system.
caQtDm version 2.3
base-3.15.0.1
qt 4.8.4
